Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all items returned for refund.
To return for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your item is received we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Equipment that has been attempted to be installed or installed does not qualify for a return for refund. Please see the free exchange policy terms.
Free Exchange Policy
All defective items will be exchanged free of charge for 45 days. The item must be determined effective by warmcarnow.com technical support.
Warmcarnow.com technical support department can be reached by emailing support@warmcarnow.com or by using the phone number provided in your order information.
All returns require a return authorization number. Please contact support@warmcarnow.com to receive a return authorization number prior to returning an item.
Returned items will not be accepted without a return authorization number printed clearly on the outside of the returned items Packaging.
Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
All items shipped from warmcarnow.com will be shipped with signature required. Claims of non receipt of packages that tracking information shows received and signed for will be ignored.
All items returned that have not been signed for, picked up at the post office if needed or missed the delivery days provided by the carrier will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
